My first time renting a unit. i was very comfortable once the computer woke up. Those crazy machines like to play with us humans. I loaded up my small unit with item brought in with a bicycle and trailer. They must not get a demand from bicyclist as the was nowhere to safely lock a bicycle. Just a pet peeve of mine. The whole process went quickly so I could get back to eying YouTube content knowing my stuff is safe.

We have been with life storage from a while back when it was Uncle Bob's. Have seen a couple of managers in that time and they were all ok but Keller Anderson has been by far the best. She has a wonderful customer service personality and will check and double-check to make sure everything is to our satisfaction! Always bright and cheery! Facilities look good and clean. I have been at the regular site and the climate control and I know how much work has to be done. I also know from many years of retail management how some people can be pigs so I know what Keller has to do and she gets the job done! 5 stars for Kellee.

The store manager Kellee Anderson was awesome and very sweet. She was extremely professional, informative, helpful...etc,etc. And my storage unit is excellent. I recommend Life Storage to everyone and anyone. Very clean, secure and prices are reasonable. Thank you Life Storage for having people like Kellee Anderson being so professional working at your establishment.
